Presenting at ZŠ Pri Kríži

As part of our outreach efforts, we had the chance to present our CanSat project at the local elementary school ZŠ Pri Kríži. It was a great opportunity not only to showcase the progress we've made, but also to connect with a younger audience and share our passion for space, electronics, and programming.

We introduced the students to the idea behind the CanSat challenge and explained how our small satellite works—from sensors and data collection to parachute deployment and communication with the ground station. We also shared our design process, some of the technical hurdles we’ve faced, and how we’re solving them together as a team.

The students were curious, engaged, and full of questions—which made the experience even more rewarding. To capture the moment, here’s a quick look at how it went:

Our main goal was to spark curiosity and maybe even plant the seed for a few future engineers. Judging by the excitement in the room, we’re confident we did just that.

We’re proud to be part of a project that not only challenges us but also gives us the chance to inspire others. And who knows—maybe we’ll be cheering on some of these students in a future CanSat competition.
